First year exhibiting; really well organized, fun show-
‘
Axross from me was Longdraw James who I met a few years ago at Wonderwool. He’s now a chemistry student at York but in his spare time (when?) spins and dyes. He is tremendously talented and almost convinced me to start spinning after touching some of hisblack alpaca fleece which may be the softest thing I’ve ever felt ( resisted this urge as it’s just another activity to get addicted to in a year when I need to organize a wedding as well as do all Debonnaire things). In any case I bought this most gorgeous yarn I watched him spin as it is plied in my favorite purple, raspberry, teal colours. Combines beautifully with my embellished silk – must do something amazing .
